HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER

Let the radius of the cylinder is r and the height be h.
So the volume of the cylinder = πr2h
and the curved surface area is 2πrh

πr2h = 924m3  (i)
and 2πrh = 264 m2 (ii)

dividing (i) by (ii), we get
πr2h2πrh=924264or r2=72or r = 7m

So putting r = 7m, in (ii), we get
2πrh = 264m2

2 ⨯22/7 ⨯7⨯ h = 264

so h = 6 m

So the height of the pillar is 6m
