The curved surface area of a right circular is 1100 cm ² and the circumfernce of the base is 220 cm . Find the radius and height

Let the radius of the base be ′r′ cm & height be ′h′ cm.

Now, curved surface area of cylinder =2πrh

Also, circumference of base, C=2πr=220cm

∴  Curved surface area of cylinder =220×h

⇒2200=220×h

⇒h=2202200=10cm
