\mathfrak{Answer:}

\mathfrak{Step-by-step\:explanation:}

Given :

  • Curved Surface Area = 4620 cm².
  • Height = 35 cm.

Let the radius of the cylinder be r cm.

We know that,

\boxed{\bold{Curved\:Surface\:Area\:of\:Cylinder=2\pi rh. }}\\\\\\\underline{\bold{According\:to\:question,}}\\\\\\\implies\bold{2\pi rh=4620}\\\\\\\implies\bold{2\times \pi\times r \times 35=4620}\\\\\\\implies\bold{70\pi r=4620}\\\\\\\implies\bold{r=\dfrac{4620}{70\pi}}\\\\\\\implies\bold{r=\dfrac{4620\times 7}{70\times 22}}\\\\\\\implies\bold{r=7\times 3=21.}\\\\\\\boxed{\boxed{\bold{Radius=r=21\:cm.}}}

Given :

Curve surface area of a cylinder = 4620{cm}^{2}

Height = 35 cm

Let take the radius of the given cylinder as r .

According to the question,

Curve surface area = 2\pirh

Solve the Right Hand Side firstly ,

⇒ 4620{cm}^{2} = 2 × \frac{22}{7} × r × 35 cm

⇒ 4620{cm}^{2} = 2 × 22 × r × 5cm

after solving the Right hand side , shift the terms to the Left hand side.

⇒ 4620{cm}^{2} = 220 cm × r

Divide the 4620 {cm}^{2} and 220cm to find the unknown radius.

\frac{4620}{220} cm = r

⇒ 21 cm = r

\therefore Radius is 21 cm.
