the curved surface area of the cone is 440cm² if it's slant height is 1 dm find the vloume of a sphere with the same radius as that of the cone​

Here, h = 16 cm and r = 12 cm.

So, from l2 = h2 + r2, we have

l = √162 + 122 cm = 20 cm

So, curved surface area = πrl

= 3.14 × 12 × 20 cm2 = 753.6 cm2

Further, total surface area = πrl + πr2

= (753.6 + 3.14 × 12 × 12) cm2 = (753.6 + 452.16) cm2 = 1205.76 cm2
