=> pi * r^2 = 38.5
=> 22r^2 /7 = 38.5
=> r^2 = 38.5 * 7/22
=> r^2 =12.25
=> r = 3.5 cm -------(1)
CSA of cylinder =176
=> 2*pi *r*h = 176
=> 2*22*r*h /7 = 176
=> r*h = 176 * 7 / 44
=> r *h = 4*7
=> r *h = 28
=> 3.5 * h = 28
=> h = 8 cm
Volume = Area of Base *Height
= 38.5 * 8
= 308 cm^3
