Cyclone is one of the worst natural calamities that occur anytime. In 1999 Orissa was affected by cyclone. It was a devastating cyclone that hit hundreds of houses and thousands of people were killed in it.
People struggle a lot while they come across this kind of natural calamity. The government allocates a division to work for this and spare money for compensation. But, at times the people were unable to receive their needs. This makes them frustrated.
