=csa of cylinder +base area
=2× 22/7×21/2×14+ 22/7×21/2×21/2
=924+346.2
=1270.5

cost=1270.5×5
=6351.5

radius of cylinder is equal to 21 by 2 and height of cylinder is equal to 14 cm then curved surface area of cylinder is equal to π r square height is equal to 2 into 22 by 7 into 21/2 into 14 is equal to 924CM square .thecoast of tin planting its inner part at the rate of rupees 5 per 100 cm is equal to 924 into 5 by 100 rupees is equal to 46.2rupees answer. that's OK thanks
