Solution:

To draw Histogram,

first check the class interval of each class,here we noticed that all classes has equal interval.

x -axis : profit per shop in Rs

Y-axis: Number of shop

Calculation of Mode from Histogram:

1) Find the highest frequency class, it is 100-200

2) Calculate the class Mark of modal class

class \: mark = \frac{lower \: limit + upper \: limit}{2} \\ \\ = \frac{100 + 200}{2} \\ \\ = \frac{300}{2} \\ \\ = 150 \: Rs

So, Mode = 150 Rs

Hope it helps you.

Answer:

Mode = 133.34

Step-by-step explanation:

Mode of a grouped Data can be calculated as:

Mode = L + \dfrac{ f_0 - f_1}{2f_0 - f_1 - f_2} \times h

According to the attachment,

L = 100 ; f₀ = 6 ; f₁ = 8 ; f₂ = 4 ; h = 100

Substituting the values we get,

Mode = 100 + \dfrac{ 8 - 6 }{ 16 - 6 - 4} \times 100

Mode = 100 + \dfrac{ 2 }{ 6 } \times 100\\\\\\Mode = 100 + \dfrac{100}{3} \\\\\\Mode = 100 + 33.34 = 133.34

Hence the Mode of the given data is 133.34.

Thanks !
