This letter is to notify you that i have my exams from the end of this month and this date intercepts with the date of the annual cultural sports day.

I have given in my name for the registration and I'm all prepared for the sports day but it seems i might not be able to play on that day because of the exams.

I would hereby request you if you can reschedule the days of the exam so that i can get time for both the match and to study.
