Present perfect tense uses has + third form of verb.

The given sentence can be written as Dauphine has given all the change I needed.

Here we have changed the word give to third form of give that is given and added has to make it a present perfect tense.

Dauphine remains the main clause in the sentence and we need to change the word need to needed in order to make it a past perfect sentence.
