The day before yesterday I was 25. The next year I will be 28. This is true only one day in a year. What day is my Birthday?

Day before yesterday from 1st jan 2020 I.e. on 30th December 2019, you will be 25. Next day I.e. 31st December 2019 will be your 26th birthday. Next day, on 1st January 2020 (while you are still 26 years old), you make the statement that next year, you will turn 28, I.e. in 2021 you will turn 28.
