Today, I got the opportunity I had been waiting for: the chance to act!
- Auditions were on in school for the Annual Day play.
- I had gone to audition for the small part of a character who played the protagonist's friend.
- But, the drama teacher got so impressed with my voice, diction and the throw of my voice, that he made me audtion for the lead role.
- Imagine my happiness when I got selected as the protagonist of the play.
- I acted out a whole scene and everybody present applauded my acting calibre.
- I was thrilled and just have to work hard so that my performance on the final day is impeccable.
