During the 1990s the death rate was 2.5 which increased to about 3.5 within five years. This ever-continuous growth is clearer within the years 2000-2005 the rate jumped from 4.5 to an astounding 6.5. In 2010 it has seen a steady growth and was 7.5. At present it does not really seems to stop showing an upward trend. This condition is very disheartening and needs an immediate action. The youth can have a great influence in controlling this crime graph. They can ensure peace in many ways. They can awaken the people towards the utmost necessity of peace. They can even help the associates and police in catching the criminals. The youth have a capacity to turn this once peaceful world again into a serene and peaceful place to live as it was once, long ago.
