If m is a rational number, which can be represented as the ratio of two integers that is \frac {p} {q} and the prime factorization of q takes the form 2^x - 5^y, where x and y are non-negative integers then it can be said that m has a decimal expansion which is terminating.

If this question arise in your question paper do write this answer correctly as I have written you will surely get the full marks for this question.. generally this type of questions come for not more than 3 to 4 marks..

As you can see that the answer is short according to the marks but it is worthfull answer for this question.. Do follow this answer you will surely get good marks because it is to the point answer with no additional and unnecessary things..
