Again at time t the concentration will be (1-x) and 2x respectively. So, the value of concentration will be (2*10^-3)/2 for N2O4 and 0.2/2 for NO2. So, the value of Kc will be given as [NO2]^2/[N2O4] which will be equal to [(2*10^-3)/2]^2/[0.2/2]. This on solving we will get the Kc as 1*10^-5.
