according to the question we have to arrange in the decreasing order of nucleophilicity among the

nucleophiles

(A) CH3CO—

(B) CH3O–

(C) CN–

and the ans would be (a) (C),(B),(A)

as in the question there are not any nucleophile as (D), so there are no need to mention it

A strong bases are generally good nucleophile,If the nucleophile atom or the centre is same , nucleophilicity parallels the basicityand here CN– has the better nucleophilicity than CH3O- and CH3O- has better nucleophilicity than CH3CO–
