Answer:

Hii Mate ✌

p(x) = (x-1)(x+1)

Using identity (a-b)(a+b)=a²-b² , we get

p(x) = x²-1² = x²-1

So, Degree of p(x)

= Highest Power of Variable in p(x)

= 2

At x=2,

p(x)=p(2)

So,

p(2) = 2²-1

= 4 - 1

= 3
