The numerator is x

The denominator is x+11

Numerator and denominator is increased by 8

x+8 is numerator

x+19 is denominator

x+8/x+19 = 3/4

4(x+8) = 3(x+19)

4x+32 = 3x + 57

4x-3x=57-32

x=25

Numerator is 25

Denominator is 25+11 = 36

Fraction is 25/36
