Heya !

Here's your answer !!

___________________________

Let the numerator be x

Denominator = 2x + 1

The fraction obtained :

\frac{x}{2x + 1 }\\

Adding 2 to numerator and subtracting 3 from denominator, we get

\frac{x + 2 }{2x + 1 - 3 }= 1 \\

By Cross multiplication :

=> 1 ( x + 2 ) = 1 ( 2x - 2 )

=> x + 2 = 2x - 2

=> 2x - x = 2 + 2

=> x = 4

__________________________

Numerator = 4

Denominator = 2 × 4 + 1 = 9

The original fraction is :

\bf{\frac{4}{9}} \\
