Answer:

Let numerator = x

According to the question ,

 \frac{x + 4}{x - 3  - 3}   = 3 \\  \\  \frac{x + 4}{x - 6}  = 3 \\  \\ x + 4 = 3(x - 6) \\  \\ x + 4 = 3x - 18 \\  \\ 3x - x = 4 + 18 \\  \\ 2x = 22 \\  \\ x = 11

Fraction =

\frac{11}{8}
