3

x=y-3 => x+3=y, x=>denominator, y=> numerator.....1)

y+4/x-3= 3.....2)

y+4=3(x-3)

y+4= 3x-9

3x-9=y+4

3x-y-9-4=0

3x-y-13=0

put value of y from eq.1) we get

3x-(x+3)-13=0

3x-x-3-13=0

2x-16=0

2x=16

x=16/2

x=8

then y=8+3

y=11

fraction is 11/8
