==> 5 ( x + 5 ) = 4 ( x + 8 )

==> 5x + 25 = 4x + 32

==> 5x - 4x = 32 - 25

==> x = 7

hence, numerator = x = 7 and denominator = x + 3 = 7 + 3 = 10

final answer = 7/10
