Explanation:

Let the numerator be = x

Then , the denominator is = x + 4

According to Question,

(x + 1) \div (x + 4 + 2) = 4 \div 5

(x + 1) \div ( x + 6) = 4 \div 5

5(x + 1) = 4(x + 6)

5x + 5 = 4x + 24

x = 19

Therefore , the numerator = x = 19

And Denominator = x+4 = 23

The Original fraction is 19/23

I hope it helps you. If you have any doubts, then don't hesitate to ask.
