=>X+13

=>(X+5)/(X+13)=1/2

On applying cross multiplication then

=>2(X+5)=X+13

=>2X+10=X+13

=>2X-X=13-10

=>X=3

Numerator=3

Denominator=X+8=3+8=11

Fraction=3/11
