Step-by-step explanation:

so the denominator be x

so the numerator he y

now

x/y+11 because the x is greater than y

next is

x+8/y+8 because 8 is added to both

so

x+8/ y+8=-8/15

now cross Mulitiple

15(x+8)=8(y+8)

15x+120=8y+64

15x=8y+64-120

15x=8y-56

x=8y-56/15 is answer

i am conform it is correct or not
