And Denominator be y.

According to the question.
y>x

Now.

(x+2)/(y+5) =1/2


On Comparing the numerators and Denominators...

x+2=1
→x=-1

y+5=2
→y=-3


So The Fraction is x/y=(-2)/(-3) =2/3

Checking.

(2+2)/(3+5)=4/8=1/2.

Hence The Fraction is 2/3.
