Let,
Numerator = x
Denominator = x + 4

Fraction = x/(x + 4)

×××××××××××××××××××××

According to the question,

(x + 2)/(x + 4 + 3) = 3/4

4(x + 2) = 3 (x + 7)

4x + 8 = 3x + 21

4x - 3x = 21 - 8

x = 13

===================

Fraction = x/(x + 4) => 13/(13 + 4)

Fraction = 13/17

I hope this will help you

Heya !!!

Let Numerator of fraction be X ..

Denominator of fraction = ( X+4)

Fraction = Numerator/Denominator = X/X+4

2 is added to Numerator,

New Numerator = X + 2

And,

3 is added to Denominator,

New denominator = X +4+3 = X +7

New fraction = Numerator/Denominator = X+2/ X +7)

According to question,

( X +2 )/ ( X +7) = 3/4

4 ( X +2) = 3 ( X +7)

4X + 8 = 3X +21

4X - 3X = 21 -8

X = 13

Numerator of fraction = X = 13

And,

Denominator of fraction = X +4 = 13+4 = 17

Fraction = Numerator/Denominator = 13/17.

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU..... ;-)
