Answer:

Let the numerator be n. Then denominator=n+2

Then the number=n/(n+2)

4n/8+(n+2)=4/3

4n/(n+10)=4/3

n/(n+10)=1/3

After cross multiplying

3n=n+10

2n=10

n=10/2=5

The number=5/7
