5
let's take numerator as x
let's take denominator as x+2
given that x/x+2+3=1/2

2x=1(x+5)
2x=5+x
2x-x=5
x=5
therefore the rational number is 5/7

hi mate

Let the numerator be x denominator =x+2 +3 A.T.Q

x/(x+2)+3 = 1/2

x/x+5=1/2

by cross multiplication

x=5

Numerator =5

Denominator =5+2 =7

Rational number = 5/7
