Heya !!!

Let the numerator of a rational Number be X.

Denominator of rational Number = X+4

2 is added to Numerator then Numerator becomes X+2 and 3 is two it's denominator then denominator becomes (X+4+3) = X+7

According to question,

X + 2/ X +7 = 3/4

4(X+2) = 3(X+7)

4X + 8 = 3X + 21

4X -3X = 21-8

X = 13

Numerator = X = 13

And,

Denominator = X+4 = 13+4 = 17

Fraction = Numerator/Denominator =13/17.

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU...... :-)

Let numerqtor be x and denominator be y
Given- y is 4 more than x
y=x+4
2 is added to numerator and 3 is added to denominator it becomes 3/4
X+2/y+3 = 3/4
Taking value of y from above
X+2/x+7=3/4
Cross multiply
4x+8=3x+21
4x-3x=21-8
X=13
Therefore y =13+4=17
