Let's take the numerator as X

So, denominator = X + 5

Fraction = X/(X+5)

According to question now:-

\tt \frac{X+10}{X+5-3} = 2

\mapsto\tt \frac{X +10}{X + 2}= 2

\mapsto\tt 2X + 4 = X + 10

\mapsto\tt 2X - X = 10 - 4

\mapsto\tt X = 6

\tt Numerator = X = 6

\tt Denominator =X+5 =6+5 = 11

\tt Number = \frac{6}{11}
