Step-by-step explanation:

Let the numerator be x

Therefore , the dinomenator = x+ 10

A/Q

x+19/(x +10) - 1 = 4/3

=> 4(x +10-1) =3(x +19)

=> 4x + 36 = 3x + 57

=> 4x- 3x = 57 - 36

=> x = 21

Therefore the rational number = 21 / 21+ 10

= 21/31
