Let x/(x+5) be the rational number.

Then by question,

(x+11)/(x-14)=5

or x+11=5(x-14)

or x+11=5x-70

or 5x-x=11+70

or 4x=81

or x=81/4

or x= 20.25

Therefore the original number is

(20.25)/(20.25+5) i.e 20.25/25.25

Hope this will help you.
