Answer:

Let Numerator be x

Let Denominator be x+6

So, the number will be x/x+6

A/Q

New Numerator will be x+19

New Denominator will be x+5

question says that

x+19/x+5 = 5/3

5(x+5) = 3(x+19)

5x+25 = 3x+57

5x-3x = 57-25

2x = 32

x = 32/2

x = 16

Now,

numerator is 16

denominator is 22

Therefore the rational number will be 16/22
