Hola!!!

answer⤵

fraction obtained:3/2

denomirator:is decreased by 1
2+1=3(here we are adding because in the question it is given that the number was subtracted)
hence the denominator was 3

numerator is increased by 19 hence it should be subtracted....
3-19=-17

-17/3 is the answer to the question
