Let the numerator be x

Therefore, denominator = x-5

.'.Fraction = x/x-5

A. T. Q ;

x+5/x-5 =11/6

6(x+5) =11(x-5)

6x+30=11x-55

30+55=11x-6x

85=5x

85/5=x

17=x

Therefore, numerator =17

& denominator= x-5

=17-5=12

. '. Original rational number= 17/12
