Step-by-step explanation:

first case

denominator is smaller than numerator by 4

mean if numerator x denominator be x-4

x/x-4

second case

if denominator decreased by 5, numerator increased by 6

x+6/x-4-5=5/2

x+6/x-9=5/2

2(x+6)=5(x-9)

2x+12=5x-45

3x=57

x=57/3

x=19

original fraction is 19/15
