given, density=1.25gm/ml
mole=3
mole of solute=3
volume of solution=1000ml
mass of solution=vol*density
=1000*1.25
=1250gm
mass of solute=>mole=weight/mm
=>3=x/58=>174gm
mass of solvent=1250-174=1076gm
Now, Molality=Moles of solute/weight of solvent in kg
=3/1076÷1000
=3/1.076
=2.7881
=2.79(approximate..)
