Relative density = [Density of the material/  density of water] (in same unit)

Density of the metal is 10.8 x 10³ kg/m³

Density of water in kg/m³ is 1000

Thus the relative density of the metal will be = [(10.8 x 10³ kg/m³)/1000 kg/m³]

                                                                          = [10800/1000]

                                                                          = 10.8

Thus the answer is 10.8 (unit-less).
