M.M of HCL = 36.5/molecule \\  \\  \sf \: M = \dfrac{\%W/W × 10 × d}M \\  \\   \sf \dfrac{40×10×12}{36.5} \\  \\   \sf = \dfrac{480}{36.5}=13.5Molar
