Answer :-

  • 1.6 kg

Given :-

  • Density of the body is 8000kg/m³
  • Volume is 200 cm³

To find :-

  • Mass of the body

SOLUTION :-

As we know that ,

Density = Mass /Volume

☆ Mass = Density × Volume

  • Density unit must be - kg/m³
  • Volume unit must be - m³

But According to question,

Volume is in cm³ We shall convert into m³

1m = 100cm

1cm = 1/100 m

200 cm³ = 200/ (100 × 100× 100) m³

= 200/ 10,00,000 m³

= 2/ 10,000 m³

So,

200 cm³ = 2/10,000 m³

Now ,

Volume = 2/10,000 m³

Density = 8000 kg/m³

Mass = Density × Volume

= 8,000 × 2/ 10,000

= 8 × 2/10

= 16/10

= 1.6 kg

So, mass of the body is 1.6 kg

Answer:

1.6 kg

Explanation:

Density = mass /volume

Density = 8000 kg/m³

Volume = 0.0002 m³

Mass = 8000×0.0002 = 1.6 kg
