Hello Dear.

Density of CaF₂ = 3.18
Molar Mass of CaF₂ = 78 g/mol.

Using the Formula,
  Density = Mass/Volume.
∴ Volume = Mass/Density
∴ Volume = 78/3.18
∴ Volume = 24.53 cubic units.

Now, Volume of one cube of CaF₂ = (Side)³
∴ Side =  \sqrt[3]{Volume}
⇒ Side =  \sqrt[3]{24.53}
∴ Side = 2.905 units.

Hence, the Length of the side of the unit cell of the CaF₂ is 2.905 units.

Hope it helps.
