volume of iceberg = 7809.5 cm³ .

explanation : let V is volume of iceberg below the water.

so, mass of ice below the water = V × 0.92 gram

then, amount of water displaced by ice = mass of ice below water/density of water

= V × 0.92/1.025 = 0.897560976 V

therefore, 0.897560976 part of iceberg is sink in the sea water and then, 1 - 0.897560976 = 0.102439024 above the sea water.

as given volume of iceberg above the sea is 800cm³.

so, fractional part of iceberg above the sea water = volume of iceberg above the sea water/volume of iceberg

or, 0.102439024 = 800cm³/volume of iceberg

or, volume of iceberg = 800/0.102439024 = 7,809.52384 cm³ ≈ 7809.5 cm³
