13.6g/cc=(13.6÷1000)×1000=13.6kg/litre.
1000cc= 1litre.

Density's SI unit is kg/m³

So, convert it into kg/m³

i.e 1 cm = 10-² m and 1g = 10-³ kg 

Now, We can convert density of mercury.

13.6 g/cm³

= 13.6 × ( 10-³)/(10-²)³ kg/m³ 

= 13.6 × 10^(-3 + 6) kg/m³
