b value in Van der Waals eqn is given by -

b = RTc/8Pc

But, RTc = PcV

b = PcV/8Pc

b = V/8

Molecular volume of mercury is given by -

b = M / 8d

b = 200 / (8×13.6)

b = 1.838 cm^3/mol

Therefore, b value of mercury is 1.838 cm^3/mol.
