The density of water less than ice why ice float in water

That makes the ice foot in water. its because the chemical bonds between the H2O molecules are forced into being longer, expanding the water and forming a crystal (ice). When something at constant mass increases in volume, it's densitydecreases. Thus, ice is less dense than water , causing it to float.

As density of water is more . Therefore, the buoyant force acted on the the ice is more. So, it floats.
