Velvet Revolution is the correct answer.

The presence of Soviet soldiers was in Czechoslovakia since the invasion of Soviet Union in 1968. They protected the communist government there. In 1989 there were popular demonstrations in Czechoslovakia against the communist government which lead to the downfall of government. The event is known as Velvet Revolution.
