The depth of a dam is 200 m. calculate the pressure of water at its bottom. (g=9.8m/s² and density of water = 10³kg/m³)

We know

Pressure due to a liquid column of height h:
p= h ρ g
 

Where, 

h = Height of column
ρ = Density of fluid
g = Acceleration due to gravity

By substituting the values as h = 200m g = 9.8 m/s2 and ρ = 1000Kg/m3
