The deputy commissioner issued a notice to me under section 79a of the karnataka land reforms act, 1961 in respect of agricultural land that i had acquired more than five years ago, in contravention of section 79a of the said act. Isnt the commissioners action under section 79a (or section 83 for that matter) now barred by limitation?
