Area: 14*14= 196
Radius of circle: 7cm
Area:22*7 = 154

“Since square is circumscribing the circle, the side of it will be equal to the diameter of circle i.e., 2×7=14cm.”

“Area of square = s × s = 14×14 = 196cm square”


“Area of circle = πr square = 22/7×7×7 = 154 cm square” 


“Now area between square and circle = area of a square - area of a circle” 


“=196-154 = 42cm square.”
